Terms & conditions

orders are binding. you can revoke your order free of charge as long as it is not shipped.

your address must be correct and complete (please check carefully).

for international orders, only paypal payments (or bank transfer within europe) are accepted. any paypal cost for the receiver is included in the shipping cost.

you must not order more of the limited items than indicated. otherwise we will change your order and will have to refund money.

shipping is at your risk, if you do not order with registered mail. registered mail (insured and trackable) is highly recommended (envelopes have gone lost in the past). we do not guarantee for loss of stuff that was not shipped by registered mail. registered mail is only available with priority shipping.

there are two types of mail: priority nd economy:
piority is more expensive but faster (takes about 1 to 2 weeks with europe, 2 to 3 weeks overseas). we recommend priority.
economy is cheapter but takes longer (about 2 to 3 weeks in europe, 3 to 8 weeks overseas).

please be aware that international shipping is also subject to the efficiency of the postal services in the receiver’s country. mail can take longer than expected.

to our swiss and liechtenstein clients: if you pay at a counters of the swiss post, add chf 2.00 for the fees.

sepa direct debit refunds will cause cost which will have to be paid by you (EUR 10.00).

for prepayment orders, items will be reserved for one week. please make your payment within one week. otherwise order will be cancelled.
twint payments to be sent manually to 078 619 88 99.

vat (value added tax) of 8.1% is included in the prices for switzerland and liechtenstein. for all other countries, vat will not apply in this shop. however you might have to pay vat and/or similar taxes to your local/domestic authorities.

open invoices

are due within 8 days. reminders occur a fee of CHF 10.00 or EUR 10,00 each.
 

images

are copyrighted and must not be used for commercial purposes (as auctions) without permission. private use of images are allowed if you mention the copyrighholder geocoins.biz.
 

allergies

warning: most items contain nickel. do not touch coins, if you are prone to metal allergies.

the full and binding version of these terms and conditions are in german. this english version contains only the major points without going into details. any other points are according to the swiss code of obligations.
 

right of revocation

generally all orders are binding. you can revoke your order free of charge as long as the status is not “shipped” yet. later revocations (sending back orders) incur the shipping fees for both ways.
